Super Street Fighter II Turbo
Select Akuma
Highlight Ryu and hold for 3 seconds, then highlight T.Hawk and hold for 3 seconds, then highlight Guile and hold for 3 seconds, then highlight Cammy and hold for 3 seconds, then highlight Ryu again and hold for 3 seconds, then press all 3 punches and Start at the same time.
Select SSF2 Version Characters (no Super combos, no throw tech)
Pick the character you wish to play with any button. Then enter the following joystick motions corresponding to the character and press Jab.

Highlight the random select box on your side and hold Start, then press:

Select M.Bison
Highlight the random select box on your side and hold Start, then press:

Select Dan
Highlight the random select box on your side and hold Start, then press:
Jab, Short, Forward, Roundhouse, Fierce, Strong

Dramatic Battle (Ryu and Ken vs CPU M.Bison)
Have two people start a game. Player 1 should be on Ryu and Player 2 on Ken. Both should hold Start, then press Up, Up, then release Start. Player 1 should press Up, Up, Jab while Player 2 presses Up, Up, Fierce simultaneously.
Fight Against CPU Akuma
Start a new game. Highlight the character you wish to play. Press and hold down Start, Strong and Forward until Akuma appears on the screen. After he defeats your opponent, the match will begin.
Street Fighter Alpha 2
Select Evil Ryu
Highlight Ryu at the character select screen, press the Start button and hold it for one second, then release. Move the cursor Right, then Up, then Down, then Left. (This will highlight Adon, then Akuma, then Adon again and back to Ryu.) With the cursor on Ryu again, press and hold Start for one second. While holding Start, press any two Punch or two Kick buttons to select his alternate colours. If done correctly, Ryu's skin tone will be slightly darker than normal.
Street Fighter Alpha 3
Select Balrog
Highlight Karin at the character select screen for at least 3 seconds, then highlight any random select box, hold Start and press any button.
Select Juli
Highlight Karin at the character select screen for at least 3 seconds, then highlight the random select box next to Charlie or Sagat, hold Up and press any button.
Select Juni
Highlight Karin at the character select screen for at least 3 seconds, then highlight Charle or Rolento and press Left to reveal a random select box. At the random select box hold Left and press any button. You may also highlight Sagat or Gen and press Right to reveal a random select box, hold Right and press any button.
Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact
Select Akuma
Highlight Ryu at the character select screen and press Down, Down, Up, then highlight Ken and press Up, Up, Down, then highlight Ryu again and press Up, then highlight Ken again and press Down, and finally highlight Sean and press Down, Down, Up, Down, Up, Up, Up. Akuma's portrait should appear.
X-Men vs Street Fighter
Select Akuma
At the character select screen, highlight Magneto, Juggernaut, Dhalsim, or M. Bison and press Up.
Select Same Character Twice
Place the cursor to the left or right of the character you wish to have two of. Move the cursor onto the character and hold the joystick, so that the cursor begins to scroll via the Random Character function. Then, select that same character, either by manually timing it or by luck, and the cursor will reappear on that character, allowing you to select the character a second time.
Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter
Select Evil Sakura
Hold Start and highlight Hulk, then hold Right for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.
Select Mech Zangief
Hold Start and highlight Blackheart, then hold Left for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.
Select Mephisto
Hold Start and highlight Omega Red, then hold Down for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.
Select Shadow Charlie
Hold Start and highlight Dhalsim, then hold Up for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.
Select Super Armor Spider-Man
Hold Start and highlight Ryu, then hold Down for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.
Select U.S. Agent
Hold Start and highlight M.Bison, then hold Up for at least five seconds and press either Jab + Fierce or Short + Roundhouse.

Select Assist Character
After selecting your team, quickly hold down Start and the buttons below. To change your assist between rounds, enter the code between the end of the round and the stage select screen for the next match.

Capcom vs SNK
Pair Match Mode
At the title screen, hold down Jab and Fierce, then press Start. Hold down all three buttons until the character selection screen. All characters will now be Ratio 2, turning the game into a two-on-two competition.
Unlock EX Characters
Go to the System Menu, then to Game Config. Select the Password option and enter the code OIASHCBR. This code will also unlock Evil Ryu and Orochi Iori, since they considered are the EX versions of Ryu and Iori.
Unlock Secret Characters
Go to the System Menu, then to Game Config. Select the Password option and enter the code OGSDOROG. This code will unlock Akuma, Morrigan, and Nakoruru.
